Replying to a Query in SMART Portal can be done via the Queries Tab. Once on the Page, search for the Query by its ID, and in the Action Column, click on Reply Query:
This will take you to the Query Details page, where you can enter your Reply in the designated “Query Reply” box:
Once your Reply goes through, a small pop-up confirming that the Query Reply has been successful will appear at the top of the screen, and the “Reply Query” in the Action column will be changed to “View Query”:
