Searching and filtering Queries in SMART Portal - Open Queries, Closed Queries, Queries requiring Sponsor review

To further specify your search parameters and access your Queries more easily, you can use the preset filters in the Queries Tab of SMART Portal:

Here, you can search for your Queries by Site, Subject, Timepoint, and Query ID. These filters can be used in any combination and will show Queries related to the selected identifiers, as displayed below:

Here, the search is narrowed by selecting Site 001 in the “Site” filter, and only the correlating Queries are being shown in the list. This can further be specified by using the Subject and Timepoint filters.

Searching for a specific Query can be done via the Query ID field by entering its ID:

Ticking the “Show only Sponsor Review Required” box will enable you to view Queries in the “Sponsor Review Required” status only:

If you check the “Include Closed” box, Queries in the “Closed” status will be added to the search and displayed at the top of the list:

In case you need Queries correlating to a specific identifier (e.g., a specific Subject), simply enter the identifier in question in the Search prompt, as showcased below. Subject 001-0001 is used as an example:
