Your Documents in SMART Portal

Overview               

The Documents Page is where you can find, access, and download all available Trial-related documentation. The Documents list contains files that Clario has provided for one or multiple Sites within a given Trial. 

The Documents Page categorizes data according to key criteria, including Client Name, Site Number, (Document) Description, File Name, and Datetime Stamp.

From the Documents list, Site users can download selected documents.

To customize the list, select filters and click “Search”. To clear filters, click “Reset”.

Searching for Documents in SMART Portal

There are a few ways to look for a document:

1. Filter: For an overview of available data, search for documents by selecting the Site.

2. Search: Identify a document by entering criteria-specific keywords into the Search bar.

3. Filter & Search: Search for documents by combining the two methods.

For a more focused search, first filter the Site and then use the Search bar to target key criteria (e.g., client's name, document name, document description, and/or the date it was created).

Document Action Symbols

The action symbols, linked to specific processing options, relate to tasks.

Here’s what action is related to each of the symbols:

	Download the selected document.
	Download a selected document that is new.
