Overview of the SMART Portal Page

The SMART Portal page is a separate section in SMART Submit, enabling you to access various Data, Documents, and Tasks related to your Protocols, as well as Subjects. To access the page, navigate to the top of your Dashboard. On it's right-side, click on the SMART Portal button:


 

Once on the Page itself, your display will be connected to the Trial (Protocol) you select in the upper-left corner of the screen:

Selecting the Protocol will automatically take you to the “To-Do” Page, highlighting Tasks requiring your attention. Beneath the “To-Do” section, multiple different Pages will be available depending on the Trial. Below, each one will be highlighted and briefly explained:

  1. “To -Do” Page:

    The “To-Do” Page shows your pending Tasks – Queries needing your attention and outstanding uploads expected by the Study Team.
  2. “Subjects” Page:

    Data regarding Subjects connected to your Trial/Site(s) will be displayed on the “Subjects” Page. On this Page, you can manage your Subjects, find Data correlating to certain uploads, as well as search for specific Datasets that require your attention.
  3. “Image Search” Page:

    The “Image Search” Page is used to search for Images corresponding to the Trial/Site/Subject/Timepoint combination of your choice. On this page, you will be able to View processed Images, as well as Download them.
  4. “Image Upload” Page:

    The “Image Upload” Page is mirrored directly from SMART Submit and is used for the submission of files. The Page’s availability depends on your Role, as well as SMART Submit access.
  5. “Documents” Page:

    Here you can find and access documentation regarding the selected Trial, narrowed to a Site by filtering the page itself.
  6. “PDF Form Upload” Page:

    Uploading forms in PDF Format is performed on this Page.
  7. “Digital BCSP Form” Page:

    If Digital BCSP Forms are required according to your Trial’s configuration, this Page provides a step-by-step way of submitting them.
  8. “Queries” Page:

    You will be able to view and action (if required) your pending Queries on this page, as well as review closed ones and filter Queries that require Only Sponsor Review.
  9. “Quality Notifications” Page:

    Viewing and filtering Quality Notifications issued by the Study Team for specific Site/Subject/Timepoint combinations can be done in this Tab.
  10. “History” Page:

    The  “History” Page provides a list of uploads via SMART Submit that are received in the Core Lab. Additionally, you can access Case details, download eDTFs, as well as check the QC Status of specific Cases.
  11. “Training” Page:

    Clicking on the “Training” Tab will take you to your Training Portal.
