Open the most current version of Chrome, if not up to date you can update by following this link. Clear your cache and cookies. Click this link if guidance is required for cache and cookie clearing.
After you have cleared your cache and cookies, restart your browser and attempt the upload again, if upload fails click the F12 button located on the top of your keyboard – where the function keys are. A new window that contains a variety of codes will pop up, click on the Console Tab, and inspect the specific error associated with upload to fail. Please provide a screenshot or copy the error text of those codes marked in RED, as seen in the image below, and we will forward them to our developers who will investigate possible reasons why it might be failing.
