Once you receive an invitation to SMART Submit, you are required to follow the registration link within the invite email and finalize the creation of your account. In the instance you’ve already done this beforehand and do not know how to log in, simply follow this link . On the login page enter the email
address you registered under as the username and enter your Clario or SMART portal password. If you are a brand new user to the system, the default password is ‘’2_Bechanged’’
If you do not remember your Clario password or if the temporary password provided is rejected, one can use the forgot password function on the login page. Simply enter your email into the box, click send then wait for the on page confirmation, which can take a few minutes to show up. Once it does check your email for the new temporary password.
