To withdraw a case you have uploaded to SMART Submit you will first need to open the case in case view. The easiest way to do so, is to open the case list from the dashboard. Simply click the purple number and you will be taken to it.
Once on the page, find the case you want to withdraw and click on the purple case ID of the submission you intend to withdraw.
Once you’re in case view follow the steps bellow:
1. Click on the Status box which will open a drop down menu.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the drop down menu and select the Withdrawn status.
3. Click the Save button on the right.
4. Mark or type the reason you’re rejecting the submission, then click Save.
5. If you want to upload a replacement case for the withdrawn one, select the trial and site for which you want to upload, then click Yes .
6. Once you select yes or no you will be prompted to enter your e-signature ( email and
password), click Submit and the case will be withdrawn.
After you’ve submitted the change, the page will refresh and take you to an updated case view for the submission which will indicate it’s withdrawn by the case status.
