Trial Managers, Data Managers, Clinical Specialists, and Core Lab users have the ability to (1) Download DICOM files locally to their computer, and (2) Generate a Shareable Download Link, for communication/sharing DICOM data with others. Please use your best discretion when sharing these links.
The steps:
- Access the Case Record View for the case data that you want to download or share.
- In the top-right region of the screen, you will find the buttons to (1) Download DICOM, and (2) Generate Link.
- Note: (1) Download DICOM has the following built in security feature: Clicking this button too frequently will trigger a security response that prevents any additional download attempts from occurring and notifies Clario staff of this suspicious activity. Clario staff will then instigate the scenario and, depending on the outcome, re-enable the download permissions.
- Note: Clicking (2) Generate Link will prompt the user to specify (A) the maximum number of downloads (B) The number of days before the link expires. This allows you to specify security settings for your shared links.
