You must be invited to use Smart Submit. Your invitation to register will come in the form of an email. Steps to register:
1. Check your email for the invitation to register
When the Smart Submit support staff is finished setting up your account, you will receive an email with a link to the registration webpage where you can complete your registration. Click the link to the registration webpage.

2. Review the pre-entered information
When you arrive at the registration webpage, you’ll see some of the information is already filled in. This information cannot be changed. If any of this information is inaccurate, please send an email to smart.submit@clario.com to request corrections. They will send you a new email to restart the registration process with the corrected information.
Example:
3. Complete the form
You’ll need to select your country (if it isn’t the United States), add phone numbers and choose a password.
Example:
Enter your phone number(s)
The form formats your phone number for you, so there’s no need to use any punctuation; just enter the numbers, making sure to start with the area code.
A mobile phone number is not required for registration, but you may add it if you want to receive updates about your cases via text messages
Enter your password
While your username is set to be your email address, you will need to choose your own password.
Once you have typed in a password, you will also need to enter it in the “Confirm Password” text box to make sure there were no typos.
These rules determine what SMART Submit accepts as passwords. If your password does not follow all of these rules, it will be rejected (click here for detailed password guidelines):
• It must be no shorter than 8 characters in length and no longer than 40
• It must contain at least 1 number
• It must contain at least 1 capital letter
• It must contain at least one lowercase letter
4. Finalize the form and login
After submitting your form, you will be forwarded to the login page. To login, type in your username (email address you used to register your account) and then your password.
