Troubleshooting uploader (NJU v1.0)

Note: This upload tool is only for troubleshooting and not intended for regular use. It is activated at the support team’s (smart.submit@clario.com) discretion and deactivated from your account following one upload.

Once images are uploaded, our QC team will inspect them to insure images can be processed and read by the lab, as well as, provide feedback to the site. In instances where images cannot be processed and read, the data set may be rejected and removed from the database.

In order to access the Troubleshooting uploader (NJU v1.0), please follow the steps below.

1. Go to your SMART Submit Dashboard (smartsubmit.clario.com)

2. Click on the cogwheel icon next to your name in order to expand a dropdown menu.

 

3. Find NJU v1.0 in the menu and click on it, this will redirect you to the upload page.

 

4. Once on the page select the file you'd like to upload and fill out the electronic form, note that for uploads through NJU v1.0 you must confirm the study date.

 

5. After you’ve entered data into all the required fields, select the Timepoint from the table at the top of the page by clicking on the Timepoint you want to upload under.

 

6. With the Timepoint selected you can click the "Submit" button on the bottom of the page, then enter your e-signature and wait for the confirmation that your upload has been completed.
