You can configure Smart Submit to send you DICOM download links by email whenever cases have finished their processing cycle.
This setting can be configured broadly, so that you receive a download link for every processed case in your Trial.
Alternatively, the setting can be configured narrowly, so that you receive a download link for only specific types of cases in your Trial.

Here are the steps:
- From your Dashboard, click on the envelope icon in the toolbar at the top of the page. Then, click "Configure Notifications".
- If you want to receive a download link for every processed case in your Trial, then proceed to Step 3, below.
If you want to receive a download link for only specific types of cases in your Trial, then proceed to Step 4, below.
- To receive a download link for every processed case in your Trial.
Within the Preset Notifications category, select "Immediate email" for the preset: "Receive links to download a case when it is ready". Press the "Save" button to confirm your selection. - To receive a download link for only specific types of cases in your Trial.
Within the Custom Notifications category, configure the various criteria (e.g., which Sites, which Procedures/Exams, etc) for your desired case types.
Ensure that your Status selection includes "Sent to Core Lab" or "Ready to Send (QA Passed)".
Most importantly, check the "Receive download link in email" checkbox.
Press the "Save" button to confirm your selection.
